"Our women's group struggled with unstable income and the burden of seasonal migration for work. The Revolving Fund loan (approximately ₹50,000) received under the DAY-NRLM/MSRLM Mission was truly a turning point. We strategically used this credit linkage to invest in semi-automatic machinery for papad manufacturing. This allowed us to scale our production capacity to 25 kg per day, creating stable, predictable employment for six women in our village. Crucially, this consistent work has effectively doubled our monthly earnings compared to previous casual farm labor, providing us with financial autonomy and eliminating the need for seasonal migration. Our group has successfully transformed from a savings-only group into a commercially viable enterprise."

2. Kabuli Chana Farming: Modern Management Doubles Yield, Proving Smart Farming Success

Scheme Linkage: Guidance and Subsidy from the Agriculture Department for Irrigation Management (Solar Krishi Vahini or Micro-Irrigation Scheme).

"Before adopting modern methods, our yield was inconsistent and much lower. Thanks to the guidance and subsidies for Micro-Irrigation provided by the Agriculture Department, we implemented a 'Smart Farming' approach. This transformation helped us achieve a record harvest of 13 quintals per acre, effectively doubling our yield and drastically improving our water efficiency. We are truly grateful for the support that made our farm successful and sustainable."
